Kramer Communications was founded by Marc Kramer, a serial entrepreneur and author, in the fall of 1989. Our first client was Albert Soffa, co-founder of Kulicke and Soffa, publicly traded company, who engaged us to write a business plan for an Israeli incubator in the Negev region.
